Reel Good Productions, Inc., dba RealGood Creative: Client Terms and Rates

Reel Good Productions, Inc., dba RealGood Creative, provides full creative, production and support services on an ongoing or project basis under the following terms and conditions. Unless we agree otherwise in advance, in writing, these are the terms under which we accept work:

CREATIVE SERVICES are billed hourly at $125.00 per hour. Rush orders cost more, and will be bid in advance for approval. Additions and revisions are addtional and billed at the same rates, plus disbursements and markup.

PROJECT CREATIVE -- Radio, TV, Music Production, Web Sites, Identity -- is bid according to needs & description. Costs are then fixed +/- 10% within the terms of the bid. Projects that will exceed the bid by more than 10% will be re-bid and approved by the client before proceeding. Clients will be billed for any additional time.

SPECULATIVE WORK. Creative services are not provided on a speculative basis. Creative time spent in developing ideas to demonstrate possible creative direction is included in project estimates, and will be billed at normal hourly rates as a "kill fee" if a project does not go to final.

TALENT BOOKING. Reel Good Productions, Inc. is a signatory to AFTRA and AF of M codes for Broadcast, Industrial, and Phonograph Recordings. Other options on request .

SUBCONTRACTED SERVICES such as crew, sub-contracted creative, studio time, tape, talent, rentals, props, airfare, hotels, meals, couriers (or any other disbursements which are part of the project) are billed to the client at cost + 35%.

TERMS All Project Creative is bid and billed disbursements in advance, with the balance on approval and delivery of the project. (Please refer to the specific bid for details of any project). All other invoices are due and payable on receipt unless other specific arrangements, including a credit application, have been made in advance. Changes made to any project outside of the bid are additional and due according to the revised estimate and agreement. Billing is at net unless you request and specify gross billing.

SAVE YOUR OWN MATERIALS FOR ARCHIVING! RealGood is not responsible for archiving of project files, masters or other materials of any project. Please request your materials upon completion and delivery of the final to assure their preservation. Unclaimed materials or files will be disgarded without notice.
